Research on green coordinated development of container port based on system green measure
In order to study the green coordinated development of container port, this paper took the port group of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as research object, based on the SBM-DEA model of considering unexpected output, the spatial and temporal differences of green development efficiency of container ports in Greater Bay Area from 2013 to 2019 were analyzed by using ArcGIS 10.2 geographic information software. The global Moran index and Google Earth Pro software were used to explore the spatial correlation of green development efficiency. The results show that from the perspective of time series evolution, the overall green development efficiency of the port in Greater Bay Area is accelerating; from the perspective of the geographical spatial distribution pattern, there is strong spatial gap in port green development efficiency, which is shown as follows: the high development efficiency port presents the "inverted U-shaped" distribution along the coastal zone, and the low development efficiency area is mainly in the west of Greater Bay Area; the great efficincy difference between the efficiency of coastal ports and inland ports leads to the spatial differentiation of green development efficiency. Finally, according to different scale ports feature of quadrants, the corresponding green development suggestions are given.
