Risk assessment of navigation environment based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

Abstract

The information of navigation environment is generally incomplete and fuzzy. And the methods currently used with much complex computation can not be applied widely, and have inevitably some errors because of subjective judgment. Aiming at these problems, an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining entropy weight method is proposed. The approach establishes a model with a wide application range. In addition, the entropy weight can correct the subjective weight to make the model more reasonable. The method is applied in the channels nearby Qingdao port, and results are mostly consistent with the actual situation, which verifies the feasibility of the model.
