Routing design method for ocean ship avoiding the typhoon

Abstract

In order to plan the routes safely and economically, an integrated method is introduced, and a series of simulation experiments are carrried out on the global electronic chats by using the target circle technique. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can plan the evasion routes automatically according to the demands of operators so as to change the present situation depending on the manual work. The proposed method can devote to the automatism and safety of the typhoon evasion.
