To choose ship’s routing scheme reasonably from various options so that navigation safety could be greatly enhanced, the matter-element model of ships’ routing is established according to extension set theory and extension of dynamic weight. Combining the mestasynthesis weight approach with fix weight coefficient of evaluation index, the paper finally provides a effective method for evaluation of ships’ routeing scheme. The paper can provide a theoretical basis for improving navigation efficiency and safety, while reducing the occurrence of maritime traffic accidents of ships.
