To improve the scientific nature and rationality of archipelago’s shipping logistics system planning and construction, the system analysis method is used to analyze the demand , supply subject and the element composition and structure of the logistics platform. And the composition of archipelago’s shipping logistics network and node connection method are also analyzed, furthermore, a physical architecture of shipping logistics system based on threelevel hubspoke logistics network is put forward. Results show that the logical framework can effectively reflect the system structure characteristics of the archipelago’s shipping logistics system, which can help both the planning and design personnel to carry out the system analysis. Physical architecture has the advantages of increasing economies of scale, saving the logistics cost, promoting the integration of resources as well as expanding the scope of the logistics, so as to provide theoretical support for the construction and development of shipping archipelago’s logistics system.
