Abstract

Based on analyzing ship behaviors in in restricted complex channel , the systemic research on the consumption of channel resources is carried out respectively from the space dimension and the time dimension according to the condisions of more and more complicated ship traffic flow. Then, a traffic capacity calculation model based on ship behaviors and the consumption of port channel timeandspace resources is built with the spacetime consumption theory and its basic model.
