Abstract

Taking ME marine diesel engine as research object, the mathematical and simulation model of medium pressure common rail system was built according to the modular modeling idea based on pipe flow mathematical equations and combining with its electronic control logic. The fuzzy selfadaptive PID control of common rail pressure for simulation model was realized. Results show that the numerical results is in accordance with that of the actual system, and the control algorithm works well.
