Effectiveness evaluation method of shipborne navigation equipment based on cloud theory

Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional effectiveness evaluation methods based on cloud gravity center and cloud model, a new effectiveness evaluation method based on cloud theory was proposed. The index cloud model was set up by the reverse cloud algorithm to improve the ranking method which determine the index weight, the system effectiveness cloud model was set up by the cloud algebraic operations, the evaluation grade of the system effectiveness cloud model was determined by the model-driven method based on the golden section ratio, and the evaluation results were displayed by the forward cloud algorithm. The evaluation example and result analysis show that this method is not only reduces the subjective factors in the evaluation, but also gets overall and visualized evaluation results, which provides a new way for effectiveness evaluation of complex systems in shipborne navigation equipment etc.
