Abstract

Most of the current researches focus on suppliers risk and have no supply risk analysis from the perspective of the supply chain globally. The paper analyzes the elements of supply risk, and establishes supply risk evaluation index system of the supply chain, and then integrates ANP and TOPSIS methods to assess supply risk. The method considers feedback relationship between the internal and external groups of elements and then ranks the evaluation objects according to the closeness with idealized goal. Finally, the model is verified by empirical research.
