Evaluation index system of transportation powers

This paper analyzed the connotation and construction objectives of the transportation power, and determined the target level and 11 first-level indicators of the evaluation index system of the transportation power. Based on the existing research results, the traffic statistics yearbook and expert discussions, revision and supplement, 45 secondary indicators were initially identified. Questionnaire was compiled and its reliability and validity were analyzed, and finally 31 secondary indicators were selected to construct the evaluation index system of transportation power. The proposed system plays an important guiding role in promoting the construction of a powerful transportation country and the development of highquality transportation.
