Taking the port supply chain composed of two logistics service providers of port and shipping enterprises and a fourth party logistics (4PL) integrator as the research object, considering the optimization effect of integrator on port supply chain's green and operational efficiency through resource integration, the strategic of competition and benefit coordination among members of the supply chain was studied, the models of concurrence and coordination under centralized and decentralized decision were established respectively. It is found that centralized decision-making is better than decentralized decision-making, port and waterway alliance is better than independent decision-making, and all parties can effectively coordinate the whole supply chain by making appropriate cost sharing contract, which can provide effective reference for the management of port logistics service supply chain.
