Aiming at the disruption of vehicle routing problem of simultaneous delivery and pick-up (VRPSDP) resulted from frequent changes in customer requests, the impact of interference events on vehicle routing scheme was identified through the distribution cost and service time.In consideration of the customer requests frequency and characteristics, the distribution task period was divided into several periods according to the principle of short in the early stage and long in the later stage.Taking the minimal generalized total cost deviation as target, a time-phase disruption management model for vehicle routing problem of simultaneous delivery and pick-up was established, a solution algorithm based on improving genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm was designed, and the model was verified by the data from Solomon standard question library. The results show that the proposed scheme can significantly reduce the generalized total cost deviation compared with other schemes such as real-time interference management, additional vehicles and global rescheduling.
