Abstract

In order to enable port enterprises to formulate a reasonable carbon peak scheme, firstly, the calculation scope of container ports was defined, taking ships and containers as the measurement unit, a calculation model of carbon emissions from container port operations based on energy consumption was established, and the support vector regression model considering outliers was used to predict container throughput. Then the carbon emission time series was obtained by calculation model, and the judgment standard of carbon peak time based on Mann Kendall trend test was designed to determine the carbon peak time. Finally, taking a container port as an example, the carbon emissions from 2000 to 2020 and the next decade were calculated, the carbon peak time of the port was obtained, and some suggestions were puts forward to effectively reduce the carbon emissions of the port. This method can provide a reference for the port to formulate the carbon peak scheme.
