分析船舶锚泊操纵的评估指标,确定评估指标的隶属度函数,并依据评估指标的重要程度确定权重,进而构建船舶锚泊操纵评估数学模型.利用面向对象的Visual C#程序语言实现船舶锚泊操纵评估系统的开发和验证.
Abstract
By analyzing assessment factors of ship berthing to determine the membership values, a model of ship mooring handling assessment is constructed according to the importance of the assessment factors to determine the weighs. The development and verification work are realized with object programming language Visual C#.
