摘要

为合理选择船舶定线制方案,提高船舶航行的安全性,应用可拓学中的物元理论和可拓集合理论,建立船舶定线制的可拓物元.引入可拓动态权重,构建基于可拓学的船舶定线制评价模型,结合综合集成赋权法确定各评价指标权重,最终为船舶定线制安全评价提供一种有效的评价方法.本文研究可为提高船舶的通航安全性和通航效率,减少海上交通事故提供理论依据.

Abstract

To choose ship’s routing scheme reasonably from various options so that navigation safety could be greatly enhanced, the matter-element model of ships’ routing is established according to extension set theory and extension of dynamic weight. Combining the mestasynthesis weight approach with fix weight coefficient of evaluation index, the paper finally provides a effective method for evaluation of ships’ routeing scheme. The paper can provide a theoretical basis for improving navigation efficiency and safety, while reducing the occurrence of maritime traffic accidents of ships.
