摘要

借助证据理论建立大风浪中船舶航行的安全评价模型,给出船舶安全评价步骤.以某集装箱船为例,运用证据理论对其进行安全评价.结果表明,该方法具有可行性和有效性.

Abstract

This paper establishes the safety assessment model of ships navigating in heavy sea based on the evidence theory, and the steps of the ship’s safety assessment are given. Taking a container ship as an example, the evidence theory is used to evaluate its safety. Result shows that the method is feasible and effective.
