摘要

充分考虑海上危险化学品运输的复杂性和不确定性,并基于熵与耗散理论,从“人-船-货-环境”四个方面对海上危险化学品运输系统的安全性进行研究,提出系统安全熵概念并建立安全熵模型,用于海上危险化学品运输系统的安全评价.

Abstract

Taking into account the complexity and uncertainty of the dangerous chemicals transportation at sea, the safety of transportation system of dangerous chemicals at sea is researched via man-vessel-goods-environment method based on dissipative structure theory, and the definition and mathematical model of system safety entropy are developed,which can be used in safety assessment for the transportation of dangerous chemicals at sea.
