摘要

以大连海事大学实习船“育鲲”轮冷却水系统为研究对象,开发一种可应用于船舶主机冷却水系统中的智能故障诊断设备.以RBF神经网络为故障诊断模型,利用MATLAB与VC++混合编程方法,开发故障诊断程序.程序根据所设计的训练样本集创建并训练神经网络,程序接收由下位机MCGS所采集的系统运行参数,计算后将结果返回.MCGS工控机根据计算结果判断冷却水系统的实时运行状态,并给出相应的报警提示,从而达到智能故障诊断的目的.

Abstract

Based on the cooling water system of training ship“Yukun”of Dalian Maritime University, the paper develops an intelligent fault diagnosis device which can be applied to the ship’s cooling water system. Taking RBF neural network as the fault diagnosis model, the fault diagnosis program is developed using MATLAB with VC++. The Program creates and trains the neural network based on the training sample set designed before. The fault diagnosis program accepts the data, calculate and return the results. The MCGS IPC determines the realtime operating status of the cooling system according to the calculations, and gives alarm,which can achieve the purpose of intelligent fault diagnosis.
