摘要

构建航务海事实际业务系统的信息结构，对无需映射到信息系统的信息流进行约减，分解信息结构，直至软件领域可实现的功能粒度，最终达到系统分析在宏观和微观的统一.

Abstract

Information structure of maritime actual business system is built. The information flow which not be mapped into information structure is reduced, and the information structure is decomposed to function granularity which can be realized in the software field. At last, the system analysis realize the unity in both macroscopic and microscopic aspects.
