摘要
为保障船舶安全航行,在现有PDA、GIS、3G等成熟技术基础上构建基于Internet的一种新型船舶环境信息导航系统.Google Map 提供的服务具有开放式、低成本和易用性等特点,通过3G网络将其导入船用PDA的Android平台,采用WIFI技术实现AIS信息的短距离无线传播,并在卫星影像上叠加显示计划航线、灯浮、陆岸及AIS信息,实现对信息的查询及文本和语音通信,利用TTS技术实现语音导航.该系统具有携带方便、通信便捷、岸景识别及语音导航等鲜明特点.
Abstract
To ensure safe navigation of the ship , this paper built a new type of Internetbased marine environment information system based on the mature technologies of PDA,GIS,3G and others currently available. Google Map API has the properties of opening, low cost and ease of use. Relying on the 3G network, it then is imported into Android platform of marine PDA. By using WIFI technology , AIS information can realize shortrange wireless communication, as well as plan routes, light floating, land bank and AIS information overlay display in the satellite image, which realize the information query and text and voice communication. Voice navigation is realized by using the technique of TTS. The proposed system has distinctive characteristics of convenient to carry, the ease of communication, shore scene recognition and voice navigation, etc.
