针对目前大宗工业物资运输船队规划研究中存在的问题，建立基于承运份额考虑的我国油轮船队规划的动态规划模型，并编制软件进行求解，获得2013 —2017年我国油轮船队的最佳发展策略.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in the bulk industrial materials transportation fleet planning, this paper builds a tanker fleet dynamic planning model based on the carrier share consideration, and the software is programmed to obtains the optimal fleet development strategy from 2013 to 2017.
