摘要

在分析现有主流排油监控系统的基础上,根据MEPC.108(49)决议案与GB/T12918-2009《油船排油监控系统技术条件》的最新要求,设计油船排油监控系统模拟试验台,给出该试验台的基本原理和结构,开发一种能够对模拟量、数字量进行采集和处理且具有通信功能的IO单元系统作为下位机,在.Net Framework开发环境下利用Visual C#编程语言完成对上位机仿真软件的构建,制定通信协议实现上位机与下位机之间的通信.设置不同的初始参数进行试验.运行结果表明,该排油监控系统模拟试验台可满足国际海事组织(IMO)关于油船排油监控系统的有关要求,适用于航海类院校对海员的培训工作.

Abstract

On the basis of analyzing the present mainstream oil discharge monitoring system, this paper designs tanker oil discharge monitoring simulation testbed, gives the basic principle and structure of this testbed, and develops a kind of IO unit system which can collect and process the analog quantity and digital quantity , also with communication function as lower computer according to the MEPC.108(49) resolution and the latest requirements of GB/T129182009 “tanker oil discharge monitoring system technology conditions”. Under the circumstance of .Net Framework development environment, the paper uses Visual C# to construct the upper computer simulation software, and develops a communication protocol to implement the communication between lower computer and upper computer. Tests are carried out by setting different initial parameters. Results show that this oil discharge monitoring system testbed can meet the relevant provisions of IMO on the oil discharge monitoring system, which is suitable for training mariners.
