以气缸盖热机械耦合应力情况为基础,计算高温和交变载荷作用下气缸盖疲劳寿命,对不同负荷下气缸盖的疲劳寿命分布进行分析比较,并对强度薄弱区进行讨论.疲劳仿真结果与实船航行中零部件状况相符,可为改善气缸盖强度状况提供参考.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the fatigue life of cylinder head under high temperature and alternating load based on the thermalmechanical stress distribution of cylinder head. The fatigue life distributions of cylinder head in different loads are compared, and the weak areas of strength are discussed. Calculation result agrees with the actual ship sailing situation ,which can provide a reference for improving the strength of cylinder head.
