采用三维数值模拟方法,对不同气流条件下的某船用燃气轮机进气系统周围的流场结构进行研究.结果表明,进气百叶窗附近总压和静压随气流方向变化呈近似正弦分布,同侧前进气系统百叶窗进口压力周期性脉动值高于后进气系统百叶窗进口压力脉动,来流方向与百叶窗夹角越大,百叶窗处流场分布越均匀;后侧进气系统百叶窗受分离区影响较大,使得后侧两个百叶窗附近的湍流黏度较高,进气条件较差.
Abstract
3D numerical simulation is carried out to study the flow field of ship intake system in different inlet conditions. Results shows that the variation of total pressure and static pressure with inlet flow direction are approximately sinusoidal. The pressure fluctuation value of the front intake system is higher than that of the rear intake system. The angle between flow direction and shutter is bigger, and the flow field distribution at the shutter inlet is more uniform. The turbulence viscosity is higher at the rear intake shutters because of the flow separation, which leads to a worse inlet condition.
