摘要

提出“堵塞系数”这一指标对船用筒式滤器的堵塞程度进行直观和精确的量化研究,并对堵塞系数、局部损失系数和雷诺数之间的关系进行理论分析和实验探究.结果表明:滤器局部阻力损失系数的变化主要由堵塞系数的变化决定.同时,对实验数据进行拟合获得了堵塞系数和局部损失系数的经验计算公式.

Abstract

The index of “blockage coefficient” was put forward to quantize the flow condition of marine cartridge filter intuitively and accurately, and theoretical analysis and experimental investigation on the relation among blockage coefficient, local resistance loss coefficient and Reynolds number were performed. Experimental results show that the change of filter’s local resistance loss coefficient is mainly decided by the change of blockage coefficient, and the calculating formula of blockage coefficient and local resistance loss coefficient are obtained according to experimental data at the same time.
