摘要

为深入了解共轨柴油机的性能以便对其进行安全管理,建立一个基于查表和公式的连续时间的通用数学模型,并进行系统仿真.对高压共轨系统里的高压油泵、中间储油器和共轨管分别建立模块化的数学建模,然后联立、组成系统,运用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真.仿真结果与实验数据对比结果验证了仿真的正确性.

Abstract

To deeply understand the performance of high pressure common rail diesel engine, and so as to safely operate it, the general mathematical model for continuous time domain was established based on lookup tables and formulas, and the simulations were conducted. Modular mathematical modeling was established respectively for the high pressure pump, the intermediate oil reservoir and the common rail of the high pressure common rail system, and then, the whole system was formed. Simulations were done by using Matlab/Simulink. Simulation results compared with the experimental data show the correctness of the model.
