基于正反馈修正-支持向量机的PSC选船模型

  • 为定量评估港口国监督目标船的风险值,提出基于正反馈修正-支持向量机的PSC选船模型.对东京备忘录“APCIS”信息系统的PSC检查历史记录进行正反馈修正,获得样本数据,并运用支持向量机模型对样本进行分类,得到了合理的结果. 所建模型和所得到的结果对于研究PSC选船具有参考价值.

PSC targeting model based on positive feedback repair model and SVM method

  • To get quantitative risk evaluation of Port State Control (PSC) candidate ships, PSC targeting model based on positive feedback repair model and SVM method is applied. According to the Tokyo-MOU “APCIS” information system’s PSC history data, the positive feedback repair model is established in order to obtain samples, SVM method is established in order to classify the samples, and a reasonable result is obtained in this paper. The model established and the result obtained are important references to select ships before conducting PSC inspection.

Abstract

To get quantitative risk evaluation of Port State Control (PSC) candidate ships, PSC targeting model based on positive feedback repair model and SVM method is applied. According to the Tokyo-MOU “APCIS” information system’s PSC history data, the positive feedback repair model is established in order to obtain samples, SVM method is established in order to classify the samples, and a reasonable result is obtained in this paper. The model established and the result obtained are important references to select ships before conducting PSC inspection.
