Fe含量对Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti合金电化学性能的影响

  • 采用电化学方法、电偶实验和电感耦合等离子体质谱对不同Fe含量的Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti合金在海水中的电化学性能进行了研究。结果表明:Al-5Zn-0.02In-1Mg-0.05Ti-0.1Fe(wt.%) 合金开路电位足够负,极化性能较好,并呈现出低电阻、高电容的特性。其耦合电位较负且稳定,耦合电流较高,2h时的Al和Zn溶解量为22?g/L和3.8?g/L,48h时的扫描电流峰值为36?A,增加了溶解活性点,铝合金的溶解均匀性得到增强。而Fe含量超过0.1wt.%后,会限制In的活化作用,活性溶解阻力逐渐增大。发现Fe含量为0.1wt.%的Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti合金具有较好的电化学性能。

Influence of Fe content on the electrochemical properties of Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti alloy

  • The electrochemical properties of Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti alloys with different Fe content was studied by electrochemical method, galvanic corrosion and ICP-MS in seawater. The results show that the Al-5Zn-0.02In-1Mg-0.05Ti-0.1Fe(wt.%) alloy present the enough negative open circuit potential, the good polarization properties, the properties of low resistance and high capacitance. The coupling potential is negative and stable. The coupling current is higher. The dissolved amount of Al and Zn are 22ug/L and 3.8ug/L at 2h. The current’s peak values of 48h is 36?A. It means that the number of active points and dissolution uniformity of aluminum alloy are improved. While Fe content exceeds 0.1wt.%, the resistance of active dissolution increases gradually, which indicates that the activation of In is limited. It is found that Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti alloy owns better electrochemical properties with 0.1wt.% Fe.

Abstract
