首次对CALM型单点系泊系统通航环境可行度进行研究,首先采用专家调查法从影响CALM型单点系泊系统通航环境可行度的众多因素中选择了两层共八个最影响因子;然后用层次分析法对求出各影响因子的权重向量;最后以曹妃甸港区甸头区域为例建立模糊综合评价模型,利用Matlab和Mathematica软件进行数据处理和函数图像绘制,并对所得结果进行“最大隶属度原则”适用性评估。研究目的在于从通航安全的角度评估CALM系统的建设可行性,进而推进悬链式单点系泊系统的应用进程。
This paper serves as an assessment to feasible degree of navigation environment for Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring (CALM) system — a type of single point mooring system. By using Delphi method, eight impact factors in two hierarchies are determined to be the research objects. Then, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been taken to establish the weight vector of every impact factor. Finally, taking Diantou part of Caofeidian port area as a study object, Matlab and Mathematica have been used to accomplish data processing and functional image drawing of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) model, after getting the
result of the feasible degree, this paper has processed an applicability evaluation of “maximum membership degree principle”. The objective of this research is to assess the feasibility of building CALM systems from the view of navigation safety, putting forward the application process of CALM systems.
