基于异步电力测功机的船舶推进电机控制研究

  • 对电力推进船舶中异步推进电机的控制问题展开研究,在MATLAB中分别建立异步电机的矢量控制模型、直接转矩控制模型以及异步电机互馈系统模型,并采用异步电力测功机模拟船舶的螺旋桨负载特性来给推进电机提供螺旋桨负载。最后在实验室条件下应用变频器、PLC、上位机WINCC搭建了相应的实物系统,通过仿真与试验研究,验证了这种方法的有效性。

Research on ship propulsion motor control based on asynchronous electric dynamometer

  •  Aiming at the control problem of asynchronous propulsion motor in electric propulsion ship, simulation models of the asynchronous motor vector control, direct torque control, and reciprocal power-fed motor platform is built with MATLAB. Moreover, asynchronous electric dynamometer is used to simulate the ship propeller load characteristic, so as to provide the propulsion motor with propeller load. Finally, a physical system including frequency converter, PLC, PC WINCC and so on is built under laboratory conditions. The simulation and experiment results can verify the effectiveness of this approach.

Abstract

Aiming at the control problem of asynchronous propulsion motor in electric propulsion ship, simulation models of the asynchronous motor vector control, direct torque control, and reciprocal power-fed motor platform is built with MATLAB. Moreover, asynchronous electric dynamometer is used to simulate the ship propeller load characteristic, so as to provide the propulsion motor with propeller load. Finally, a physical system including frequency converter, PLC, PC WINCC and so on is built under laboratory conditions. The simulation and experiment results can verify the effectiveness of this approach.
