利用计算机仿真和以太网技术设计实现了内河船机电设备虚拟拆装考试系统.通过3dsMax软件绘制内河船机电设备三维精细拆装模型、制作模型拆装动画.运用XML和LUA两种脚本语言实现虚拟场景配置、拆装步骤描述、拆装约束条件定义和拆装动画播放.根据实船设备拆装手册和资深轮机员指导建议规划设备拆装顺序,运用智能评分算法和以太网技术构建内河船机电设备虚拟拆装考试局域网,训练考核学员对设备拆装的实际掌握情况.
Design and realization of river ship mechatronics equipment virtual dismounting examination system
A virtual dismounting of river ship mechatronics equipment exam system was design and realization with compute simulation and ethernet network technology. Elaborate three-dimensional model of river ship mechatronics equipment as well as dismounting flash of model is made by the 3ds Max software. Virtual scene configuration, mounting step description, definition of dismounting restriction and dismounting flash play can be realized by XML and LUA script languages. According to the marine equipment manual and advice of senior engineers,a local area network of river ship mechatronics equipment examination was set up with the intelligent grade orithm and ethernet network technology.
