以ME型船用电控柴油机中压共轨系统为研究对象,以管道流动数学方程组为基础,结合其电控系统控制逻辑,按模块化建模思想建立中压共轨系统数学和仿真模型,并实现了基于仿真模型的轨压模糊自适应PID控制.仿真结果表明:数值结果与实际系统特性基本一致,轨压控制效果较好.
Abstract
Taking ME marine diesel engine as research object, the mathematical and simulation model of medium pressure common rail system was built according to the modular modeling idea based on pipe flow mathematical equations and combining with its electronic control logic. The fuzzy selfadaptive PID control of common rail pressure for simulation model was realized. Results show that the numerical results is in accordance with that of the actual system, and the control algorithm works well.
