通过搜集筛选整理自LNG船舶运营以来近50年的事故统计资料,得出液化天然气(LNG)船舶碰撞事故的发生频率. 采用事件树分析方法,对LNG船舶碰撞事故的严重性进行科学性分析,并进行量化,获得风险和为4.00×10-3.该值在社会风险值可接受范围内.
Abstract
The liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier accident statistics nearly 50 years since the LNG carrier operations were collected and screened,and the collision risk frequency for LNG carrier was obtained. The event tree analysis method was used to analyze the collision risk, and the quantitative risk?level was 4.00×10-3 ,which within the acceptable range.
