摘要

基于断裂力学理论和GerberichChen 公式,建立高强螺栓腐蚀断裂裂纹估算模型和疲劳寿命估算模型,定量分析高强螺栓在腐蚀环境中断裂的裂纹深度和腐蚀疲劳寿命.研究发现,高强螺栓腐蚀断裂最大裂纹深度随着材料屈服强度和使用应力增加而减小,其中以材料屈服强度对最大裂纹深度的影响为主.高强螺栓腐蚀疲劳寿命随着材料强度、使用应力和应力幅的增大而减小,其中应力幅的影响最大,材料屈服强度的影响最小.

Abstract

Based on the fracture mechanics theory and the GerberichChen formula, the highstrength bolt corrosion fracture crack estimate model and the fatigue life estimate model were established. The highstrength bolt crack depth and the fatigue life under corrosion environment could be quantitatively analyzed. Results show that the highstrength bolt corrosion fracture biggest crack depth reduces along with the material yield strength and the use stress increasing. The material yield strength is the major factor. And the highstrength bolt corrodes fatigue life reduces along with the material strength, the use stress and stress amplitude increasing. The stress amplitude influences most, and the material yield strength influences least.
