摘要

本文主要对焊接接头的多轴高周疲劳评估方法展开研究.针对某管板焊接接头,分别采用Von Mises等效应力法、Eurocode3规范方法、IIW规范方法以及修正Whler曲线方法(MWCM)计算其多轴高周疲劳损伤寿命,并与试验寿命进行比较.对四种方法预测寿命的标准差进行分析.结果显示,等效应力法能够准确预测比例加载下的多轴高周疲劳寿命,但并不适用于估算非比例加载下的多轴疲劳损伤寿命,且预测结果偏于危险.MWCM既能够适用于比例加载下的多轴高周疲劳损伤寿命预测,也适用于非比例加载下的多轴高周疲劳损伤寿命预测,且预测寿命的标准差较小.

Abstract

The multiaxial high-cycle fatigue assessment method for welded joints was carried out. Von Mises equivalent stress method, Eurocode3 recommended method, IIW recommended method and Modified Whler Curve Method(MWCM)were used to evaluate multiaxial highcycle fatigue life of tubeplate welded joints, and results were compared with experimental fatigue life. Then the standard errors of estimated fatigue life for the four methods were analyzed. Results show that equivalent stress method can only be used to calculate multiaxial high cycle fatigue life under proportional multiaxial loads, whereas MWCM performed well to evaluate multiaxial fatigue life for welded structures subjected to both proportional and nonproportional multiaxial loads, which has a small standard error.
