摘要

以云理论为基础,提出一种基于云推理的渔船安全状况评价方法.首先, 确定评价指标体系及权重,然后,通过云生器获得各评价指标的评语云模型;建立Ifthen定性规则库,通过多条件云规则发生器进行云推理;最后,通过虚拟云算法得到基于云滴分布的综合评价结果.实验结果表明,该方法的评价结果直观、有效.

Abstract

According to cloud theory, a fishing vessel safety evaluation algorithm based on cloud inference was presented. Firstly, the index system and weight were determined. Secondly, the remark cloud models were established by cloud generator. Thirdly, qualitative?rules were established and cloud inferred by multiconditions generator. Finally, the evaluation result based droplets distribution was achieved by virtualized cloud algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm is effective and intuitive.
