摘要

为解决船舶柴油机系统的故障诊断与定位问题,依据热经济结构理论,建立基于船舶柴油机系统物理结构和生产结构的故障诊断模型,并以“育鲲”轮柴油机能量系统为例,结合实船运行参数计算分析.仿真结果表明,该模型可以有效地对船舶柴油机系统单一故障和多故障进行诊断与定位.在此基础上,设计了一种船舶柴油机故障检测系统,该系统具有一定的实船应用价值.

Abstract

To solve the problem of malfunction diagnosis and positioning of marine diesel engine system, a malfunction diagnosis model based on physical structure and productive structure of diesel engine was established according to the structural theory of thermoeconomics. Taking the diesel energy system of “Yukun” as an example, the analysis was carried out according to the operating parameters of the real ship. Simulation results show that the model can effectively solve the single fault and multiple faults of marine diesel engine system for diagnosis and localization. On this basis, a marine diesel engine fault detection system is designed, which has a certain application value.
