为研究船用冷藏集装箱在部分负荷下进行吸气调节时的系统特性,利用所搭建的船用冷藏集装箱实验台,采用电加热器模拟蒸发器负荷,对箱内温度设定为10℃和0℃时,对制冷机组在部分负荷下的吸气能力调节进行实验研究.结果表明,采用吸气调节进行容量控制时,当系统负荷较低时(小于4kW),机组的制冷系数低于1,因此应尽量避免在该负荷区间采用吸气调节运行.
Abstract
In order to study on the performance of suction pressure modulation for partial load in ship refrigerated container, an experimental study was carried out using the test rig for ship refrigerated container. The electric heaters were used to simulate the load of evaporator, and the inner temperature of container were kept at set point of 10℃ and 0℃ respectively. Experimental results show that taking the suction pressure modulation method as capacity control, the coefficient of performance (COP) of refrigeration unit is less than 1 when the load of evaporator is low (less than 4 kW) . Consequently, the capacity control method of suction pressure modulation should be avoided to use for the low partial load as far as possible.
