摘要

设计并实现了基于OPC技术的船舶机舱数据采集与监测系统. 该系统包括船舶机舱状态数据采集硬件系统、OPC机舱数据访问服务器和OPC机舱客户端监测系统三部分. 分别对船舶机舱状态数据采集卡软、硬件设计、OPC机舱数据访问服务器和OPC机舱客户端监测系统设计进行研究,并对所设计系统进行测试.结果表明,该系统性能良好,较好地解决了当前船舶机舱数据采集系统存在较多的硬件I/O口资源浪费、机舱监测系统软件开发和维护难度大的问题,能够满足设计要求.

Abstract

This article designed an OPCbased marine engine room data acquisition and monitoring system, which consisted of following three parts: the underlying data acquisition hardware in ship cabin, the OPC data access server of ship cabin and the OPC client for ship cabin monitoring. The software and hardware design of the data card were discussed. The joint test results show that both the operation of the data acquisition card and the communication with OPCbased data access server for marine engine room is reliable, which achieves the maximized use of test points for ship cabin data acquisition card and saves system development cost.
