温拌橡胶沥青OGFC混合料路用性能研究
Pavement performance of warm mix open graded friction course mixtures with asphalt rubber
为使温拌技术在开级配磨耗层(OGFC)混合料中得到更好的应用,选用橡胶沥青作为胶结料,以及Evotherm-DAT和S-I两种类型温拌剂,进行温拌橡胶沥青OGFC混合料路用性能研究.结果表明,温拌橡胶沥青OGFC混合料的各项配合比检验指标与热拌橡胶沥青OGFC混合料的相比,未产生明显差异,并且均能满足《规范》(JTG F40-2004)的技术要求;温拌剂的加入,降低了橡胶沥青OGFC混合料的水稳定性能,但是5次冻融循环后,与热拌橡胶沥青OGFC混合料相比,Evotherm-DAT温拌橡胶沥青OGFC混合料表现出较好的水稳定性.
To potentially employ warm mix asphalt in open graded friction course (OGFC) mixtures, the pavement performance of the OGFC mixture including two warm mix asphalt (WMA) additives (S-I, Evotherm-DAT) with asphalt rubber was evaluated through laboratory tests. Results show that the performance tests of warm mix OGFC mixtures with asphalt rubber exhibite a slight distinction as compared with that of hot mix OGFC mixtures with asphalt rubber, and both can meet the requirements of the technical specifications (JTG F40-2004). The addition of the WMA additives into the OGFC mixtures with asphalt rubber decrease the moisture resistance. However, after five freezethaw cycles, the moisture resistance of Evotherm-DAT warm mix OGFC mixture with asphalt rubber is much better than hot mix OGFC mixtures with asphalt rubber.
