摘要

在进行燃气轮机排气蜗壳风洞实验时,为提高排气蜗壳的稳定性及安全性,通常在其进口前端引入支板来支撑壳体。通过数值仿真软件ANSYS CFX对引入支板结构前后的两种流场进行数值研究,分析不同截面总压损失系数及流线分布规律,获得两种流动特性的对比结果.结果表明,在蜗壳进口前增设支板结构对排气蜗壳气动性能无显著影响,可通过实验获得排气蜗壳相应气动性能参数.

Abstract

During the wind tunnel experiment of gas turbine exhaust volute, supported plate should be installed in the import of exhaust volute for the sake of the stability and security, numerical simulations of the flow field with and without  supported plate were carried out by using the CFX software, the total pressure loss coefficient distribution and streamline distribution for the two types of flow field were compared and analyzed. Results show that there is no significant effect to the aerodynamic characteristics of the exhaust volute by using supported plate, which could help to order the aerodynamic parameter and flow characteristics of the exhaust volute.
