低碳化背景下海运集装箱空箱调租优化
Optimization of maritime empty container repositioning and leasing under low carbon environment
从低碳经济角度出发,考虑海运碳交易和碳排放约束,在保证重箱正常运输的前提下,建立空箱调租双目标优化模型,分析碳交易制度、碳排放限额以及碳交易价格对空箱调租总成本与空箱调运时间总偏差的影响.研究结果表明:政府小幅度降低分配船公司的碳排放份额可有效降低航运业碳排放量;船公司通过碳交易购买碳排放份额可缓解其减排压力,并可降低空箱调租总成本;政府可以适当提高碳交易价格以降低船公司的碳排放量.
A bi-objective programming model for maritime container repositioning and leasing was set up with consideration of carbon permit trade and carbon emission constraint under low carbon environment based on guaranteeing the transportation of loaded containers. The effect of carbon trade system, carbon emission limit and carbon permit price on the total cost and the total time deviation of empty contrainer repositioning and leasing were analyzed. Results show that the carbon emissions from shipping industry can be effectively reduced when the government slightly lower down the share of carbon emission for shipping companies. Shipping companies can alleviate the pressure of reducing carbon emissions through carbon permit trade and reduce the total cost.Carbon emitted by shipping companies can be reduced when the government appropriately raise the price of carbon permit trade.
