摘要

分析交通强国内涵与建设目标，确定交通强国评价指标体系的目标层与11项一级指标；在借鉴国内外专家学者相关研究以及中、美等国家交通统计年鉴基础上，通过专家讨论修正补充，初选出45项二级指标；编制调查问卷并对其进行信度与效度分析，筛选出31项二级指标用以构建交通强国评价指标体系.该体系对推进交通强国建设和交通高质量发展具有重要指引作用.

Abstract

This paper analyzed the connotation and construction objectives of the transportation power, and determined the target level and 11 first-level indicators of the evaluation index system of the transportation power. Based on the existing research results, the traffic statistics yearbook and expert discussions, revision and supplement, 45 secondary indicators were initially identified. Questionnaire was compiled and its reliability and validity were analyzed, and finally 31 secondary indicators were selected to construct the evaluation index system of transportation power. The proposed system plays an important guiding role in promoting the construction of a powerful transportation country and the development of highquality transportation.
