自“一带一路”倡议提出以来，中欧班列相继开通，而双向货流的不均衡导致欧洲堆积大量空箱.本文着眼于中欧间海陆集装箱综合运输系统，考虑可折叠集装箱因素，基于三种情形研究中欧间空箱调运优化问题，并针对每种情形构建以成本最小化为目标的混合整数线性规划模型.利用CPLEX求解，通过算例分析不同因素变化对三种情形下空箱调运成本的影响.结果表明：海陆联运方式能够极大地降低空箱调运成本；可折叠集装箱只有在特定条件下才能发挥优势；同时使用标准集装箱与可折叠集装箱能够更好地适应不同需求. 优化结果可为中欧班列的运行提供借鉴.

Since the strategy of “the belt and road”, China Railway Express has been enlightened one after another, and the imbalance of two-way freight has led to the accumulation of empty containers in Europe. This paper focused on sea-land container integrated transportation system between China and Europe, based on considering the factor of folding containers,   the optimization of empty container dispatch between China and Europe was studied for three scenarios, and constructed a mixed integer linear programming model with the objective of minimizing cost for each scenario. CPLEX was used to solve the problem, the influence of different factors on empty container dispatching cost in three cases was analyzed by example. Results show that sea-land intermodal transportation can greatly reduce the cost of empty container transportation, and the foldable containers can only give full play to their advantages under certain conditions, and using standard container and foldable container at the same time can better meet different needs. The optimized results can provide reference for the operation of China Railway Express.
